SIMPLE no stress meal prep chia pudding with dairy free, gluten free, paleo, keto and whole30 options - This ratio is pretty tried and true and there are plenty of ways to customize to your liking. Chia has a lot of benefits - this meal prep was a great way for me to mix up my typical overnight oats and/or greek yogurt routine.
